Bladed Weapons Sale and Age of Majority

Buyers must be 18 or over

In accordance with the Spanish Weapons Regulation (Reglamento de Armas, Real Decreto 137/1993, of 29 January) and other applicable legislation, the sale of bladed weapons is reserved exclusively for persons aged 18 or over. By placing an order, the customer declares that they are of legal age and have full legal capacity to enter into a contract.

Lawful and responsible use

The items we sell are intended for sporting, hunting, professional, utility or collecting purposes. Their use as an instrument of aggression is strictly prohibited. The customer is solely responsible for the use, carrying, possession and storage of the products in accordance with the legislation in force in their place of residence.

Restricted or prohibited products

Certain bladed weapons are prohibited or restricted by law (for example, certain automatic or assisted-opening folding knives, double-edged weapons intended for aggression, etc.). We do not sell products whose sale is prohibited. All products sold on this website have been reviewed and comply with the legislation in force, having been verified through the manufacturer.

Carrying and transport

The purchase of these products does not authorise carrying them in public spaces. They must be transported appropriately (wrapped, in their sheath and without immediate access) and only for justified reasons (work, sport, hunting, relocation).
