Coverage
We currently ship to mainland Spain and to the countries listed during checkout. Due to restrictions on the transport of bladed weapons and/or customs regulations, shipping to the Balearic Islands, the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla may be temporarily unavailable; the system will let you know during checkout.
Preparation and tracking
We prepare orders within 24-48 working hours. When your order ships you will receive an email; if the carrier provides tracking, the relevant number will be included.
Delivery issues
Please check the package on arrival. If it arrives damaged, report it to the carrier and write to us at info@navajeria.com within 24 hours, attaching photographs.
