Returns and Warranty
Right of withdrawal (14 days)
In accordance with Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007 of 16 November (Real Decreto Legislativo 1/2007 - the General Law for the Protection of Consumers and Users), you have 14 calendar days from receipt of your order to withdraw from the purchase without having to give any reason.
How to request a return
- Write to us at info@navajeria.com stating your order number.
- We will provide you with the instructions for the return.
- Send the product unused, in its original packaging and with all its accessories.
Refund
Once we have received and inspected the product, we will refund the amount using the same payment method used for the purchase, within a maximum of 14 days. The return shipping costs are borne by the customer, unless the product is defective or was sent in error.
Excluded products
For reasons of hygiene and safety, we do not accept returns of products that have been unsealed or used where this prevents their resale, nor of personalised items, except in the case of a manufacturing defect.
Legal warranty
All products come with the legal warranty of conformity provided for under the applicable regulations (3 years for products purchased on or after 1 January 2022). Normal wear and tear from use, and damage caused by improper use or incorrect maintenance of the edge, are excluded.
Defective products
If you receive a defective product, please contact us within 14 hours attaching photographs. We will cover the costs of collection and shipping of the replacement product, or we will proceed with the repair or refund.
